WE ARE CLOSING THE DOOR
I just wanted to let you know personally about a change coming to The Powder Room.
After a lot of thought, the salon will be continuing in a different, more streamlined version of itself, away from the existing building in Birstall.
It is very important to me that you know the care, service and relationships that make the salon what it is will remain at the heart of everything we do.
You will still be looked after by your favourite therapists wherever possible, and any existing appointments and vouchers will continue to be honoured until 31 Oct.
Your therapist will be in touch to ensure your November appointments are booked in their diary.
The team are disbanding and going separate ways, exploring new locations and ventures with my full support.
There will be a transition period over the next couple of months, but for now it is very much business as usual.
The social media and website will be updated as we follow each others journey into this new chapter, I will share Laura and Aimee’s updates to keep you in the loop.
I will keep you personally updated as my own plans develop and will make sure you have plenty of notice of any changes that may affect you.
I am incredibly grateful for your continued loyalty and support.
The Powder Room means so much to me, and I am really looking forward to continuing to look after you in this new chapter.
As scary as this may seem, I feel it’s the right time to make these changes as we approach our 24 th year in business I am at a very different place in my life and ready for a new direction.
