We perform this while you lay face up and sweep around the shoulders to stretch the neck to bring relief. This is a particularly evocative treatment as it can bring healing while you reminisce about being cared for as a child having your hair brushed with love by a nurturing figure in your life. It can bring an element of peace that you didn’t realise you needed.

Body Treatments
Body Exfoliation Allow 25 min | £33
A full body brush is performed first to wake up the circulation, then exfoliating cream is applied to smooth the skin, this is removed with warm mitts while you relax on the treatment bed. Then we moisturise your body with lotion to finish. This treatment can be added onto any of the massages.
Spa Mud Wrap Allow 75 min | from £73
This unique treatment includes a body exfoliation followed by an application of deep cleansing warm mud. You are then wrapped in a cocoon of blankets as you you lay on the heated bed to keep the warmth in. Then enjoy a facial cleanse plus face, neck, shoulder and scalp massage while you drift off and relax. You are then escorted to the rainfall shower to rinse off the mud and reenergise. This is the ultimate spa indulgent treat.
Silent Treatment
Choose this option if you would like to keep chatter to minimum and just sit quietly. Perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious. We understand that small talk can be draining if you are not in the mood or feel like you have nothing to say today, its ok to just be for a while and reset.
