What does burnout look like?

As a women’s well being practitioner and Holistic therapist I have witnessed burnout in many of my clients over the years. Recently I have experienced it first hand for myself.

While it looks different for everyone, there are signs to look out for.

These include:

  • Not being able to concentrate or focus on your daily tasks
  • Lack of interest in things you used to love
  • Social anxiety
  • Feeling tired
  • Chasing dopamine
  • Constant mindless scrolling on your phone
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Noises and lights make you feel on edge
  • You don’t feel like yourself , not sexy or attractive anymore
  • Low self esteem

and lots more

We are always so busy these days and have so many roles to fill, we have to be everything to everyone and it can feel overwhelming at times.

That’s where we come in – the treatments we offer help turn down the noise in your head to bring focus and balance to your life. Treatments such as Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki, Reflexology and many more.

The idea is that we slow down in our lives to bring peace but that isn’t always possible so we have to take a mini break in the day – like maybe an hour is a good start.  This fills our cup back up so we can continue to perform all the roles and responsibilities we need to avoiding burnout.
